A quick breakfast, a hearty lunch or a delicious dinner - our dining cars offer a pleasant meal at any time of day during your journey.
You can choose from:
- Traditional Hungarian dishes - such as goulash soup or beef stew
- Modern, international dishes - such as burgers, gyros and falafel platters
- Health-conscious alternatives - such as Caesar salad and vegan vegetable curry
We also offer a wide selection of drinks to accompany your meal: quality Hungarian wines, beers, champagnes, spirits and non-alcoholic refreshments are available.

From May 25, 2026 to September 19, 2026, rail services between Miercurea Ciuc and Brașov stations are suspended due to track engineering works. InterCity trains Corona (IC 406/407) and Hargita/Harghita (IC 366/367) are running only on the Budapest-Keleti–Miercurea Ciuc–Budapest-Keleti section, replacement buses operate between Miercurea Ciuc and Brașov. Utasellátó sleeping car, couchette, and dining car services are only available on the Budapest-Keleti–Miercurea Ciuc–Budapest-Keleti section.
