MÁV Passenger Transport Co. provides special carriages depending on operating conditions.
Seats marked with a pictogram are reserved for passengers with reduced mobility with enough space for those who are travelling in wheelchairs.
Railway transport of wheelchairs and other mobility devices are free of charge. Passengers need to book the appropriate ticket.

Requests of assistance are to be submitted to railway company at least 36 hours before the journey.
In case the passenger holds a multiple travel ticket a single announcement is sufficient concerning the time of further travels.
Requests for special services are due to be submitted online, on e-mail or on the phone
Request form is available on the webpage of the railway company including all data required for organizing the travel. Data of identification and contact information are required to submit only with the first request, for later travels this will serve as a reference. Other types of data is required for each request.
